Il suo unico edificio a forma di V e la passerella comune condivisa di fronte a ogni condominio si presta ad un amichevole per conoscere l'atmosfera del tuo vicino. Riunioni familiari, grandi gruppi di persone che viaggiano insieme e le singole famiglie scelgono spesso questa proprietà. Il cortile tropicale, la piscina e le aree grigliate conferiscono a Sandpiper un ambiente tutto suo. È una proprietà altamente richiesta e ha il maggior numero di ospiti abituali.

We were so excited to see what our place looked like! It is quintessential beach themed unit! I love the porches overlooking the pool and beach. Everyone always seemed to be having a great time, you can see all the people on their porches hanging out and laughing- the vibe was always on point. Everything inside was clean and comfortable. Loved having the wash/dryer in the unit. We don’t have any complaints and will absolutely be staying here again. We were truly sad to leave! If I had to find something for them to improve on it would be the parking, if you get a covered spot ( if you can find an open one) you’re fine otherwise it’s very hard to park and back up and out.with how little the parking area is.

The unit was in great shape, more than adequately provisioned and the complex was handy to so many of the things we wanted to do. Perfect condo for a great four-day weekend getaway.

11B is in much need of renovation. The carpet is stained and worn. The Master bathroom toilet has flushing issues runs for a long time after flushing. mold stains in toilet. Mold in shower door track. Ceiling painting peeling and water stains. Other bathroom bolt missing from toilet so was rocky when used. Mold in shower door track. The whole condo could use a fresh coat of paint. The garbage can had dried food in the bottom of it. Master bed was hard. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location and pool area!
