This was our 6th time staying at the property and we love the Sandpiper. Cozy place without the crowd of a high-rise. First time staying in 10C and it was great! Convenient to elevators also! Loved the condo and we would definitely stay in 10C again. Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, there was a robe hook for a toilet paper holder. Who didn't catch that? The floors were dirty and the tub was dirty. TV remotes were dirty with food or something else that looked like food. We were afraid to touch anything unless we had to. Then we washed our hands. Nasty. Talked with other guests about cleanliness, and they had horror stories also. I don't think the cleaning crew gets enough time to do what they need to do, or they are lazy.
