Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

We stayed in 14A and it was absolutely perfect. The location was amazing, right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access. The pool was large, clean, warm, and always had plenty of chairs available around it, which we really appreciated. We especially loved the palm trees surrounding the pool area. The condo itself was spotless and even smelled clean when we walked in. The beds were comfortable, the washer and dryer worked great, and the kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets and essentials you could need during your stay.The entire complex felt very family-oriented, which we loved. Everyone seemed respectful of the rules, and it stayed quiet at night with no noise issues at all. Communication was top tier from start to finish. I had asked about the possibility of early access if the room was ready, and I received a response almost immediately. We were so thankful to be able to get into the room early after traveling. 10/10 stay for our family. We would absolutely stay here again and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Our vacation rental was good overall. The master bedroom and bathroom were not good. bathroom not very clean, no hand towels, light bulbs in bathroom were very dim and didn't match, TV didn't work and really too small, stains in carpet, dresser drawer guides broken. guest bedroom TV did not work at all and bathroom lighting was very dim, the entry door key pad failed to work several times, the door would not stay closed because of an issue with the striker plate. the pool filter wasn't working at full capacity.
