Beautiful, clean location location location! Lovely hotel would definitely stay again
This hotel meet all my needs there's actually only 1 suggestion. That the roof top opens a little later than midnight.

The location was good. Right near the metro. Also the room was sufficient.
This hotel touts itself as a 4 star, however it does not have 4 star amenities or customer experience. One thing that really surprised me was no access to an iron. You have to contact their housekeeping or laundry service, for a fee! And they are closed on Saturday and Sundays. So I guess wrinkled clothes for all. I have never been to a hotel that did not provide an iron. Also, so many things like only 2 free coffee pods, the rest were a euro each. Good thing I was staying only one night. You had to contact the front desk for a bath mat. To get bathroom amenities like hygiene kit, you had to call the desk. They absolutely nickel and dime their guest. This was not a good stay.
