Hotel Avenida Park

I had stayed with my sister at the hotel from 14th to 21th September 2026. This hotel does not have a large number of rooms, which suited us fine (we don’t like large hotel complexes).We stayed in a superior room on the 6th floor. The room wasn’t very big, but it was cosy and clean, and had everything we needed (fridge, TV, air conditioner, safe free of charge). Everything worked perfectly.The main highlight of the room was the large terrace overlooking the beautiful Eduardo IV park. From the terrace, you can also watch aeroplanes fly by very low quite frequently.The room had been cleaned thoroughly every day, and towels were changed daily. The hotel’s undoubted advantage is its location. Nearby (a 3-minute walk) is the square with Marquis de Pombal monument (a lovely landmark), as well as a large number of bus stops heading in various directions; many attractions can be reached in 7–15 minutes. The subway station is located near the monument as well. I’d also like to mention the friendly and pleasant attitude of the staff.Breakfasts are served in a small lounge (I’d like to mention the original wall decorations) that is located next to the reception. I would definitely recommend booking this hotel (my advice is to book well in advance before your trip, as there are very few rooms available. We booked in March for September).

The bathroom lacks hooks for hanging towels or a bathrobe.There are only two, and they’re very poorly positioned – right above the hairdryer and the bottle of shower gel; the towel keeps falling down, and the large towel doesn’t stay up at all. Please ,add 3–4 hooks on the wall next to the shower cubicle.

Very clean, neat, friendly and gave some nice complimentary snacks! The breakfast was also not too bad :)

We had a wonderful stay at Park Avenida Hotel. The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the city. Public transport connections are great, with both bus and metro stations just a short walk away. The service was discreet, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially appreciated how easy it was to step outside and immediately access the city’s attractions and transportation network. We left with very pleasant memories and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Camera spaziosa, colazione buona

Struttura poco pulita, nessuna cura al dettaglio Ascensore puzzolente e lento Parcheggio solo a pagamento nella zona Ci hanno consegnato la camera ancora da pulire Successivamente dopo averla pulita era comunque piena di capelli nel bagno, in camera era presente la macchinetta del caffè e le confezione di cialde per gli ospiti era vuota, c’era solo lo zucchero Ti danno un piattino di dolci di benvenuto e frutta, peccato che a noi sia rimasta quella degli ospiti precedenti… Bagno spazioso e anche la doccia, peccato che dopo averlo fatto si sia allagato tutto perché non scaricava l’acqua.
