The location was fantastic, on the outer edges of the CBD but I was still able to walk everywhere

Extremely comfortable beds, quiet rooms at night. Great to have fresh air in off the balcony. Well sized room. We loved our stay!
Would have preferred replenished tea/coffee and fresh cups when the room was cleaned/towels replaced.

Location was good
The shower rose needs to be changed as it didn’t work properly.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfy and the room was comfortable, quiet and warm.
The water glasses in the room were dirty and there was a dirty mark on the bedside table. Also the shower head in the bathroom needs repair so it will not droop while in use. Tucking it behind the pole is not a suitable repair for paying guests.
