Everything was great as usual.

Size, location, balcony, facilities like dishwasher/washing machine/dryer, lifts quick, clean, safe and secure use of pin to enter apartment building and apartment.
Lack of Air flow in the room made it a little uncomfortable to sleep thru the night.

The room was well furnished and a lovely place to stay. The bathrooms are modern and well designed. The room was very clean. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for 4 people staying there. Its great to have an actual lounge and dining table while on holiday.
Quite minor things really - There was a very bright flashing light on the AC unit in bedroom (super bright) and it flashed every 20 seconds or so 24/7 which impacted sleeping. I did send the feedback to the hotel and they advised they will prioritise looking into it. One lift was down for maintenance on the AFL grand final weekend which seemed like poor planning so there was sometimes a line or a long wait - this may or may not have been outside of their control.

I liked the lounge space.
My toilet seat was horizontal and the sink in the kitchen was so fragile. There were cracks on the floor of my room.
