Location and kitchen facilities. Very comfortable bed and quiet
Limited storage space in the bedroom

The room size was really adequate and the location was good
Difficult to control the shower water on the floor as it ran too far. Seemed to have a drainage problem.G

Our end of Flinders Lane was ideal. The tariff was very reasonable. The apartments are close to dining facilities, mini-market and Flinders Street station. McDonald's too!
Our room was at the back of the hotel, quieter but less exciting than being above the lane. We had trouble opening a window, and only a temporary repair was made.

Location to bars and restaurants.
Terrible to non existent wifi. Creaky floorboards & the 5:30 morning wake up from the noise of the cafe bins to rubbish truck via the abutting lane way. Double glazing would def help
