Helpful staff, kitchen was spacious and had everything you would need.
Bed was uncomfortable, very springy and creaked. Stairs inside the apartment felt steep and there was no light at the top of the stairs to turn the light off for that area

The property was clean and comfortable
We were not told we would have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Also we were not told the parking would be $30 per day. This apartment is not suitable for older people
