The location was perfect, easy access to public transport or a short 15-30 stroll to Federation Square.
Limited facilities, basic breakfast.

Our 4th floor unit was spacious. Comfortable beds. Very clean- I’m more pedantic about cleanliness over wear and tear. The location is not too far to walk to cafes and restaurants and a tram that heads to Docklands and another that took us to Melbourne Central. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and assisted my daughter and I with eating out ideas.
Remember it’s a unit pets are allowed in so I was aware of a slight smell in the lounge. A knob here or there is off/ coming off but I made the front staff aware - it’s wear and tear and the toilet needs a service. It’s on a main road so you will hear traffic but it’s not so bad I couldn’t sleep. We both slept very well and comfortably.

The location was good with easy walking to the tram lines. It was clean and comfortable.
Although the apartment was very roomy there was no shelf in the shower nor towel racks in the bathroom. It was very hard to store any belongings in the bathroom or in the bedroom due to lack of cupboards.
