IL FIORE D'ORO LUXURY

The staff were very nice and helpful from the pre stay communication, check in, through to breakfast and checkout. Breakfast on the roof terrace was a really nice way to start the morning. The location was good, and the market outside was a good experience!

Cleaning in the bathroom could have been a little more thorough. We would have liked more than one pillow each but it comes down to personal preference.

Super friendly host. Could not do enough for me. Was very good communication before and during the stay.

Excellent stay in Naples. Exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. Breakfast on the terrace was an added bonus. Lovely staff and good instructions for self check in

The area around the apartment wasn’t the cleanest but that’s not the property’s fault

The owner was lovely and very helpful, she let us check in early. Room was nicely decorated and size was nice.

Previous guests blocked the toilet so the water started coming back up the shower after flushing the toilet. The owner called someone the same day to fix it and if was sorted before we came back from a sightseeing, but shower still blocked. Thankfully we were staying only one night. Breakfast was from 8-10, but the lady at the kitchen was very overwhelmed with the amount of people that came in at 8am that we didn't even stay for breakfast or coffee as it was too crowded, just left to the closest cafe. At 1am someone was cleaning the streets with the forklift and making so much noise that the whole street must have been disturbed. My boyfriend said this street reminds him of the khao san road in Bangkok
