We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, the house was cozy and spacious, and the beds were SUPER comfortable! The kids enjoyed the pool as well.

Large enough for group. Arriving at 4:01pm to housekeepers working. Policy lists 24hour vacancy between guests; for cleaning and disinfecting, unfortunately not the case with us. The prior guests checked out the morning of our arrival. We arrived to three trash containers filled beyond capacity; in the driveway, we had to move. Probably the reason for a 24hr turn around, which is great for guests to get properly served, yet not good for owners wanting profits. The washing machine wasn't working welll an order for repair was entered at 1pm the day of our arrival 04/06/23 which caused delays for housecleaning. Upon calling the number provided the agent & me got into a 'yelling' match before she hung up on me and never answered the phone again when I called. Verifiable by cell phone. We had trouble with the coded key, it was 4 numbers yet all the the buttons had 2digits none matching our code, it was easy to lock; we couldn't unlock it. But now the Idealvilla woman was not answering, so someone had to stay behind..that was me. We had 2 poorly draining tubs upstairs, a moldysjower curtain downstairs it was said our prompt arrival interferred with the shower curtain not being washed. Really? Repairman came Sat would be back mon or tues with part for washer. Wed. the ac tech was sent to check change filter, for preventative measures on a guest's time, not professional Mgmt. Then scoffed at my request for discount. While they had a fee for everything, the grill use, trash,

Overall, the property was fine. It had everything that was needed and expected for a large group. However, there were lots of unexpected frustrations. We came across several dead and live cockroaches on both levels of the house (which honestly it’s Florida and it happens). But the cleaning crew could have done a better job because the majority were found upon arrival. The upstairs hall bathroom had a shower that did not drain and the downstairs bathroom toilet stopped working. However, the property manager was very responsive in getting those issues resolved! The property is older and needs some updates. It is not the same caliber of other properties we have stayed at in the area and didn’t quite live up to photos, but it was more affordable so it met the expectations. It should be noted that one of the bedrooms had no air conditioning or even a fan which is fine in the winter but can’t imagine in summer, and some of the beds were pretty uncomfortable. Overall, it worked well for our group, but the pictures online are not quite accurate of what the property looks like now and there were some minor concerns.

Everything looked good the first night but we were also very tired the next night we noticed things such as pink mold in one of the showers, and black mold in the shower and caulking in the bathroom of the pool, on vacation we do not like to be cleaning extra obviously. The other thing is the carpet was old and needs to be replaced or have a very very very deep cleaning. Now the rest of the house was gorgeous with a lot of space but the most disturbing part of it was when I woke up at 4:30 in the morning because I felt a cockroach on my leg. DISGUSTING beyond reasons, and it wasn't the first or last one we saw. we saw and killed about 3 others and have pictures to prove it and even a video. It was really gross and made me uncomfortable as well because I also got bit by one or more of them which made my trip entirely not so great. hopefully they fix these problems

Me and my family enjoyed our stay the neighborhood wasn’t what we expected kind of tight houses extremely close together and it’s a pretty decent drive from everything but overall definitely loved it

I loved the house and would rent again we were disappointed that the large bugs could come into the pool area so easily because a large screen was missing and also the screen doors would not stay closed. The child fencing had a large steel drill bit holding it in place but the man that stopped by to maintain the pool took it so we could not put the child guard fence back in place because we did not have the bit to put it back. There were also black hornets in the garage so we could not use the pool table or even be out there. Sorry but just thought the people maintaining your property need to fix these things. The wall in the downstairs king bedroom had paint missing and was dirty. I took a picture if your interested

The house was wonderful and the space was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed our visit and the attractions that we visited.

There was a leak in the bathroom upstairs toilet. The furniture is very used. The house had many weak spots in the upstairs floor. One of the bedrooms didn't have a light or a closet. It had a box fan. Some of the outlets did not work. But it is in the lower price range for rental homes. It was spacious with 5 bathrooms and fit our needs for the price we paid.

Everything was great. Enough space for everyone and the heated pool was awesome, especially on the our last day since it was about 69 degrees. Any issues we had, I communicated with the landlord and she responded and corrected any issues same day! Don’t expect anything fancy, but everything worked and fit my family just fine..thank you, and will definitely look to see if it’s available on our next Florida/Disney trip!!!!

We had not been together in such a long time we decided to get together and celebrate valentines without kids just adults and the husbands cooked and pampered us all we played bingo dominoes went into the pool and Bbq so much it was very relaxing and great spacious home great time can use a bit of finesse but we were looking for space and cleaness good neighborhood and we found it here oh request pool heating with 48 hours cause the pool was cold as heck but fun
