Bel condominio fronte mare 1 BR / 2 BA! Ottimo per un weekend di coppia o una vacanza al mare in famiglia! Arredamento fantastico con un letto king size nel master, letti a castello e divano letto matrimoniale.

The property was exactly as described. The view was perfect. The chair service was so convenient.

We loved our stay! The ability to walk to and be at the beach in a few short steps was awesome! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was great too that the owners included two beach chairs and umbrella with the reservation so all we had to do was get down to the beach early to reserve our spots for the day. It was a great visit!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation! It had all of the kitchen utensils we ever needed! The bunk beds were ok for the kids(ages 8&9) however, the head space for them was a little tight and they hit their heads a few times and eventually resorted to the couch sofa. (which was amazing) The pool was fantastic and clean! We loved our time at this condo. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time vacationing in Fort Walton Beach. We usually stay in Pensacola but we booked the trip last minute so were limited on availability. Overall, we were very pleased with the location and the excellent service provided by the rental company, Sugar Sands Vacation Rentals.
The property itself is older but appears to be well maintained. The grounds were spotless even with it being a very busy July 4th week. Our unit could use new flooring in the bedroom-carpet is just not very functional for the beach-it looked and felt dirty so I would not go barefoot in the bedroom. Better pillows would also be nice but the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and dark so we slept well.
While we didn't cook much during our stay, the condo was well stocked with all the necessary equipment for those who would. However, the toaster does need to be replaced as the middle heating element was missing so only one side of the bread toasted at a time.
It was wonderfully convenient having the chairs and umbrella waiting for us each day with very easy access to the beach. There are two elevators in the middle and user friendly sets of stairs on each end of the building. I would definitely rent our unit/this property again.

Everything was fine except the coffee pot and toaster didn’t work properly. Which was fine, I don’t drink coffee but my wife does. The room had a wet smell but Overall everything was ok

We loved our stay. The carpet in the bedroom needs to be replaced it felt nasty on our feet. That is the only conplaint. The kids loved the bunk beds and pool. Everyone in the area was so helpful and friendly.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at 312 Pelican Isle! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! The view of the beach was unbelievably gorgeous. We started and ended our days on the balcony. Sugar Sands provides you with free activities to do while you are on vacation and we took advantage of a round of golf for my husband and he loved it! This is our second year to stay at Okaloosa Island and it’s become our favorite spot to vacation to. We highly recommend Sugar Sands and can’t wait to book through them again next year!

We loved the fun colors and layout of this condo! Lots of extras in the kitchen we weren’t expecting! The view is SO perfect! This condo is great for couples or families with small children! We were very comfortable with our ten year old son. We also enjoyed that there were two bathrooms

Had a wonderful time here. We had a few maintenance issues while here but Management was very quick to respond and fix the issue! Location was quiet and the beach was beautiful!

Great place to relax and enjoy the ocean view. Clean and tidy, we didn't need any additional dishes or towels, everything was there. The location is great, just 5 minutes driving to the grocery store. Will come again.

Awesome location
The condo was just as described, clean, and in a great location to stay out of the Destin traffic. The only negative is that the living room chair didn’t recline like I’m used to.

This place was great. If I was to post anything negative it would petty. It had everything we needed. The place was clean, great view of the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella included. I have no complaints. Even the T.V. was easy to operate. Highly recommend.

The condo was exceptionally nice! Nice and comfortable furnishings! We had a clogged toilet several times and a bathroom sink slow to drain, but maintenance personnel were responsive and nice! First time on Okaloosa Island; we loved it and will be back! Only email contact with property management; all went smoothly though.

My best friend and I have been coming to Okaloosa Island 20+ years and it’s our favorite place. Condo was clean and well stocked. We enjoy the chairs and umbrella that are provided down on the beach and all we bring is a bag and cooler.

I love this beach and this property was perfectly suited to our needs. 2 bathrooms were nice so the older daughters could have their own...the balcony view was awesome... The water was crystal clear during our stay...just beautiful.

The location was great, but we were under the impression that the building had a parking garage. It did, but only for certain condos. We had to park out in the parking lot all week.The next and BIGGEST problem was the noise from the pool. The balcony was right above it and the hollering and screaming went really late!!!! I called and complained at the number given me and was told to report it to the office at the condo. There I was told that nothing could be done. The security guard was supposed to help. I only saw him once all week. I was told to call the police if the noise bothered us.So, the condo is too close to the noisy pool and we would not rent this property again.

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle. We chose the unit for its Gulf views and amenity availability. Those were knocked out of the park. We used the pool and hot tub every day and loved sitting on the deck overlooking the gulf to watch the sunset, dolphins, or beachgoers. The beach was easily accessible and some of the best spots of our trip. Being December, Pelican Isle building was relatively quiet which was great as well. The unit was extremely clean but what lost a star for me was the older mattress in the bedroom was a little lumpy and uncomfortable, not so hot water in the showers, and some slow responsiveness in communications with management. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
