We were a group of three couples who travel together frequently and this condo was perfect for us. The location for us was not a problem as we have been to the island many times, but it is not in the hub of the action(which for some may be an issue) The grounds were beautifully manicured and the pools were terrific. Angel and Nacho were always available with any need we had and Victor responded to inquiries almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again and the only issue we had was lack of workspace in the kitchen as we like to cook, but for those who eat out or just snack it works great and we were able to manage.

We had a great stay! Supermarket is really close and convenient. Our family of 5 really enjoyed our 6 night stay.

Overall we were very pleased with the property. Victor was good in addressing questions prior to our visit; Angel, on-site manager, was equally informative and helpful. WHAT WE LIKED -- the place if very nice. It was generally very clean with a couple of exceptions (see below). Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was individual units by room so it was easy for everyone to control to their liking. The unit we had was two stories - one for sleeping (3 bedrooms), the other for living (kitchen & living room/dining room). The large dining room table was plenty oversized for our family of six - great place to have meals and chat comfortably. The outdoor poolside bar had a fridge which was REALLY handy. Also the thatched roof over the bar area provided a nice reprieve from the sun for those who wanted it. The pool is gorgeous, absolutely wonderful. Larger than we expected even having seen the pictures. Kitchen has a six-burner gas stove - wonderful!! We ate all breakfasts in, some were hot breakfasts and the kitchen lent itself well to that. We also prepared and ate several dinner feasts in the house. The grocery store (big and new) is only 2 blocks away and we felt comfortably safe walking there day or night. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISMS: The biggest one is that no drinking water is provided. If you didn't know to "not drink the water", you wouldn't have known not to. All other houses we've rented on Cozumel and the mainland provided water in 5 gallon bottles. Here - you're on your own to buy it. Fortunately we were able to get 6-liter bottles at the grocery 2 blocks away for CHEAP! We went through 20+ bottles of that in our 8-day stay. The kitchen had limited cookware - 2 large (8L?) pots, 1 small pot and a small griddle. There were no frying pans of any size - an 8" or 10" and a 12" would've been heavily used. There's no condiments/spices - rarely do we find much in a rental house, but this had none. After a few days, we came home to discover one of the bedroom A/C units had leaked, puddling a large section of floor. Fortunately none of our luggage was in harms way. Upon notifying Angel, it was fixed in 36 hours. One white down bedspread/comforter was soiled with what looked like blood spots and grime, shelves had dust on them. Otherwise clean. OVERALL - we liked the place and would likely stay again!! :)

Convenient location to the grocery store and for grabbing a taxi from there. Property manager was very responsive to any of our needs. We love it , great experience, close to the super market, Maine street are close, but would be great if they clean one time during the stay
