Staff were great (friendly, helpful, good communication). Breakfast (included) was also fantastic. Our room was nice and clean. Location was beautiful. Sintra is a stunning place.
Location (1/2 way up the hill) was inconvenient. It seemed easier to get to the touristy things from the town. Some thought/planning around travel is required. Our room's ceilings were slanted so definitely challenging for taller people. Hot water/water pressure was also a bit precarious.

Everything from the food and location to the hospitality was absolutely exceptional!
The parking situation is not ideal but it works. The swimming pool is a bit of a walk.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location above Sintra could be in a romance novel. The vistas are incredible.
That I couldn’t stay longer.

Beautiful and nestled in the forest. A real retreat. The grounds are stunning. It is close to the palace, but you have to take a bus or walk uphill for 40 minutes.
It is very inconvenient to get back to Sintra from the guest house. The slanted roofs are tricky on the 2nd floor.

"Mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che la struttura e’ una residenza tipica portoghese, immersa in un bellissimo bosco da cui si raggiunge con una bella passeggiata il centro di Sintra. La piscina è carina ..."
