It was a very comfortable hotel quiet clean the staff was very friendly and helpful the breakfast was excellent the location was more than perfect I highly recommend it for all visitors to Prague since it is good value for money

Super friendly staff and smooth check-in process. Location and facilities were decent, and the complex felt very secure, despite the busy street.

Lack of closet storage and basic equipments such as an iron. Cleanliness could’ve been a bit more enhanced. Also slightly on the pricier side for the value.

Really good location, just 10 min walk from the centre and the old town. Breakfast is amazing and offers a variety of options! Rooms were beautiful, clean, and modern!

Since our room was right next to the housekeeping staff’s room, this particular experience wasn’t the best. Every morning, even before seven o’clock, there was constant clattering and chatter outside the door, which kept us from sleeping. We left at 6:45 a.m. on our last morning to catch our flight. Breakfast started at 7 a.m. When we asked if we could grab a quick bite 15 minutes early, we were refused and told that we weren’t allowed to eat before 7:00 a.m., even though the buffet was already set out and the staff were drinking their morning coffee. I've never experienced anything like this before
