Hotel Ankora

I stayed with my family in a spacious, comfortable room, and I appreciate that. The rooms were clean, and everything was in good order. The breakfast was also adequate for a hotel of this type. The only downside was that the restaurant could have been a bit larger; we saw people waiting for tables. The hotel's location is excellent, close to metro and tram lines. We were comfortable and would generally recommend it. Just one note: We couldn't reconcile the amount charged by the hotel with the price listed on Booking, as they do not process payments in Euros.

La colazione dolce poco assortita. Abbiamo prenotato il transfert dell’hotel andata e ritorno, non è stato rispettato il prezzo concordato, avremmo dovuto pagare 105 € in totale ma gli autisti ci hanno chiesto le quote intere come se avessimo prenotato corse singole. Quando abbiamo fatto notare all’autista del ritorno che avevamo prenotato l’andata e ritorno ci ha “scontato” 10 euro e comunque in totale abbiamo pagato più di quanto concordato

Great location, 24h front desk, the bed was comfy and the rooms were clean.

The main issue for me was the pillow, it was as thin as a sheet of paper and as hard as a brick. I believe they are feather that was washed or something. After folding it in two I had the pleasure to sleep on the top of what it felt like to be two bricks instead of one. I asked for a different pillow, but all their pillows are the same, so they gave me a second one instead, which only solved the height problem. It was really difficult to sleep because of that. You can also hear everything in the hallway, so if the other guests are not respectful, you hear noise (I had earplugs since I'm a light sleeper). Unfortunately, due to the pillow, I was just not able to sleep well, which was the point. The breakfast was alright but rather underwhelming.
