this was the best experience in my travel life.
The house was super clean and what is the main everything worked properly.
coffee machine was full of coffee, kitchen supplies were super clean, bathroom was clean and with all needed equipment.
every detail was comfortable and useful. Perfect location, close to city center, 100m from main museum.
The host was super helpful and mobile. Answered to our massages accordingly and with all needed information.
This place is high recommended from us.

The hotel was in a very good location. Very nice bars and restaurants nearby.
It was clean and had everything a guest may need for a short accomodation.
Check in and check out was very easy.
I didnt like the smell of the towels, but they looked like clean.
What really annoyed us was the cleaning lady every day at 08:30, before our door, loud, with a vacuum.
On the last day, she even entered the room-opened the door, while we were sleeping and it really scared us, it was 09:00 am, and check out was at 11:00 am.
Please talk with your cleaning ladies, when people are on holidays usullay do not like to wake up before 9 am from a vacuum noise. Thank you! 🩵

Well managed spacious property with thoughtful features, very clean for the most part except for the black dusty floor. I appreciate the two bottled water, laundry in the building basement, vending machine & brochures on the ground floor. Nice spacious modern elevator. Bright clean driveway with optional pay parking for 5 cars. I applaud the efficient management for giving very clear instructions which facilitated a super easy first check & entry into the building and apartment.
VERY DUSTY floor (my socks turned black ), and when I took off my socks, I could feel how dusty the floor was, my feet turned black immediately. I had to wipe down the floor to reduce the dust for my own comfort. Otherwise I have no complaint because I watched how well the busy cleaning team worked. I assume it’s just an oversight in the living room and in the bedroom.

We really appreciated having a luggage room available both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient.
We also really liked the spacious room and the separate corridor dividing the bedroom area from the bathroom. The room was well equipped with a microwave, coffee, tea, a teapot, glasses, and complimentary water in the mini fridge.
The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated having a choice of two different pillows. It was also great to have soap, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer provided.
An iron in the room would have been a nice additional touch, although luckily we had brought our own.
There is a Smart TV with Wi-Fi so you can watch whatever you wish.
A few small improvements could make the stay even more comfortable. It would be great to have a full-length mirror, as the only mirror was in the bathroom, which made it a little difficult to check an outfit before going out. Adding a few more towel hangers in the bathroom would also be helpful.
It may also be worth refreshing the towels, as they appeared somewhat worn. Finally, replacing or checking the bed linens more carefully would be a nice touch, as there were a few brownish marks on the sheets that looked like makeup stains.
The street is pretty noisy but when you close the window you can't hear it anymore.
