The hotel is located in a perfect location in the city - near the central station and the old town. The building is new, the room had a terrace, comfortable and spacious, very comfortable bed. Breakfast is served on the top floor of the building overlooking the city. Very responsive and kind service staff!

Nous avions réservé un hôtel pour fêter mon anniversaire en amoureux. Être au cœur de la rue centrale, profiter d'un rooftop avec d'excellents cocktails, bénéficier d'une insonorisation de chambre remarquable, et recevoir un accueil chaleureux avec un petit mot et une bouteille de prosecco n'ont fait que sublimer ce week-end festif !

Très beau, moderne, chambre confortable et parfaite, personnel serviable et accueillant.
Nous étions au cinquième étage qui donne juste sous le bar rooftop qui est bruyant le week-end.

酒店位于市中心的步行街，酒店的内部设施基本齐全，酒店工作人员服务周到，在遇到问题时能及时帮助和解决，特别感谢前台那位能讲四国语言的女服务员！早餐在楼顶，提供的品种也不少，但地方不是很大，能放吃的东西地方也不大，当然早餐应该还是可以的。
虽然是冬天，但步行街上坐在外面的人很多，如果是夏天应该比较吵，冬天好一点，特别是靠街的一边。另外从SBB过来，导航通常让你坐一站30路，30路下来到酒店路是近，但没有显示有坡度，特别有行李的人还是绕道比较好，或者坐车到历史博物馆从市中心方向走进来会方便些。这个不是酒店的问题，是导航的问题。

Conveniently located on a street closed for transport. Walking distance from old town, fashion avenue and some popular museums. 2 close parking options in a city garage. Staff was fantastic, breakfast also very good. The rooftop bar is used for both breakfast and evening cocktail bar, very cozy

Posizione ottima in pieno centro Basilea. Sempre localini aperti e nelle immediate vicinanze di tutti i musei. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.
La struttura dall'esterno sembra diversa dalle foto presenti sul sito. Ho fatto una sola volta colazione nella struttura ed è stata abbastanza deludente.

Great location in the city centre, good connection to tram network. Lots of choice for food and drink around. Spacious room with great facilities.
Loved the rooftop breakfast bar and high quality continental breakfast.
The perennial problem of stuffy hotel rooms in summer - building regulations prohibit installation of A/C. Somewhat mitigated by keeping blinds and curtans closed during the day and a decent ventilation system, but can be unpleasant on hot days.

Amazing breakfast. Great selection and everything is super tasty. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, Great bonuses like free transportation. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

What a fantastic hotel! Spacious rooms, free mini bar, excellent coffee machine, a smart tv and friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent too with lots of local produce. I’ll be back.
