The junior king suite was lovely, lots of light, comfy bed and the bathroom was superb.
Hotel staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly.

Great breakfast and great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed a room upgrade with great views.
Beds could have been made up better. Loose sheets and wrinkles because the bed wasn’t made properly. Easily sorted but should not have been necessary. Only a minor issue though in what was an excellent stay.

Good size room and bathroom, well set up. The staff were friendly and helpful (and the cakes at the end of the day were yum!) Location was great very close to the train station and trams.
Our fridge didn't work, but they did get it fixed after a couple of days. We lost the stuff we bought the first day though. Said there was chocolate hour each day but the photo in the lift looked very different to what it was (a few bits of broken up chocolate and choc almonds)! The carpets by the lift need a really good clean.
