Villa Irini is a wonderful place a little outside of the center of the small town of Spetses on the island of Spetses. The green garden and the pool, where breakfast can be enjoyed in the mornings, really make this place exceptional. Villa Irini really feels like a place to come home to after a long day of beaches and tours around the island. I particularly loved the way to get from Spetses town to Villa Irini; little streets filled with flowers and local people just enjoying their evenings. One certainly doesn't get the idea of being in an overwhelming touristic area.

The room was a bit warm and damp, which probably is inevitable on an island. Air conditioning works perfectly fine, but since I am not a fan of that, the humidity was strong at times.

Super breakfast, eggs, fresh fruit and yoghurt, croissants and home baked cake. Jolly good coffee too!

Pillows could have been a bit softer

Irini is hands on. She has time for all of her guests. But my favourite time at the villa was sitting under the olive trees having breakfast. It felt really peaceful and blissful. This is a lovely villa and a great place to stay.
