Locatie. Was voor doorreis. Opzich op de kamer niets aan te merken, proper en babybed stond klaar.

Op voorhand mail gestuurd met de vraag om een kamer niet te hoog in het gebouw te krijgen, door claustrofobie en dus geen gebruik maken van de lift. Alleen met baby, grote trekrugzak en buggy. Ze gingen hier rekening mee houden. Kamer gekregen op de hoogste verdieping, en helemaal vanachter in de gang. Dit is toch echt gewoon om moedwillig te doen! Dit is echt klantonvriendelijk en zeer jammer...

Si quieres ver más ciudades además de Bruselas este es el mejor hotel. Justo enfrente de la parada donde coger el tren a todos lados

De kamer was erg warm airco werkte niet. Rooster in badkamer was erg vies. Douchekop zat veel kalk aan. Er zaten geen batterijen in afstandbediening.

The beds were comfortable.

My room was so smoky we had to open the windows because we couldn’t stand the smell. One of the housekeepers gave us some spray. Secondly the toilet seat was broken to point that it scratched my daughter’s thigh.

ホテルの前の交差点には常に怪しい客引き男たちがいて治安の悪さを感じた。

Hotel vicinissimo alla stazione Midi. Ciò rende facilissimi e comodissimi gli spostamenti sia dentro bruxelles sia quelli per le città vicine ed aeroporto, tuttavia la zona della stazione non è una zona molto bella. Camera ampia, spaziosa, calda e silenziosa.

L'acqua della doccia non era particolarmente calda. Abbiamo trovato un capello nel bagno al nostro arrivo, accanto il lavandino.

The whole trip was ridiculous. We entered the room and the shower was inside of the bedroom for 3 people, which is not close to be explained in pictures. The window of the room wasn’t opening and it’s highly dangerous for 3 people to sleep in terms of lack of oxygen. There isn’t any toilet brush in the bathroom. The bed upstairs for 3rd person wasn’t even made, we made it ourselves and there was a hair on top of its cover. Why do I have to make my own bed? I have never seen such thing in my entire life. We also have stayed in İbis Brussels the night before and it was neither awful. The first room they signed us wasn’t cleaned and there were some other’s belongings. We called reception and changed the room but it was so-called ‘cleaned’ where there are drops of unknown liquids on top of the counter and table. We disgusted after such bad experiences and suggest you to run away from staying in ibis.

Very spacious and comfortable room, nice bar area and the location is obviously great for the Eurostar. 15-20 minute walk into the centre. Good value for money.

Being charged to leave luggage at checkout. This is something most hotels do without charge.

Location was very nice, close by most the attractions as we walked towards most of them and the public transport is only a 5 min walk

Konumu çok iyi, personel yardımcı, kettle da sıcak su alabiliyorsunuz, müsait olurlarsa erken check in e izin verebiliyorlar. Resepsiyonda mikrodalga fırın var ve kullanabiliyorsunuz.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena para moverse en transporte público. La atención al cliente también es muy correcta. Para el desayuno tienes muchas opciones.

La zona donde está el hotel no es de las mejores ni de las más seguras. Por la noche tampoco es muy tranquila, entre gritos y sirenas de policía.

Room could have been cleaner and shower was small

Stayed fir the beer festival, it was a bout a 20 minute walk to the Grand Place

Lovely small hotel close to Gare du Midi Station. The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms clean and comfy, yummy buffet breakfast, kitchen staff nice and helpful. If I comeback to Brussels I will definitely stay here again.

Staff and check-in process was smooth.

The hotel rooms are old and bathroom is quite old fashioned. There wasn't many hooks in the bathroom to put towels.

Breakfast and room size.

The room carpet was not so clean, air conditioner was not working well, and it doesn’t have safe.
