The location is super. Pavilion is directly opposite. KLCC within 10 min walk. Room facilities are great too with storage space for clothes and placing luggages. I also like the Deep Nature spa brand of body wash and shampoo and conditioner that are provided for guests usage. Hotel also arranged an extra bed for our kid upon our request.

Super zentrale Lage. Fast direkter Zugang zur Shopping Mall Pavillon. Direkt gegen über ein Seven Eleven. Zu den Petronas Tower konnte man einen überdachten Walkway nutzen. Die Zimmergröße war gut.
Im Flur von den Zimmern hat es stark nach Abfluss gerochen. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich leider nicht regulieren. Sie hat die ganze Zeit kalt gepustet. Der Frühstücksraum und die Lobby wurden deutlich zu stark heruntergekühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr zerstreut und auseinander gerissen. In jeder Ecke/ Nische/ Nebenraum war irgendwas vom Buffet zu finden.

Big, brand new room, very comfortable bed! Good breakfast with variety of options and wide opening hours. Lovely pool area! Perfect location!
Staff is a bit shy but seems that it's typical in Malaysia, not stop for talking, but all them smiled to me, which was very nice.

Location is superb, walking distance to Pavillion Kuala Lumpur and reachable distance to Bukit Bintang MRT. Very easy to commute. Near to KL city night life, restaurant, Petronas Twin Tower. My partner and I enjoyed our stay.
Room make up speed can be improved, we went out for lunch twice and came back but staff is still not done with the make up of room.

The location of Novotel KL is excellent. It is close to the Pavillion Mall and other central areas but quieter. The staff were very helpful, especially Sharif who was always courteous and friendly. We were fortunate enough to be in a newly refurbished room that felt modern and clean. We loved the filtered drinking water that was available and more than adequate toiletries especially the Body Wash. We didn't take up the breakfast option as surrounding food courts and restaurants in Pavillion were plentiful. We will stay here again if we return to KL in the future.
We felt we had everything we needed in our room. Perhaps there could have been a clock in the room and more spacious room options. We were lucky to have booked the Executive King which was 32 m2 which was just bordering on 'tight' to accommodate 3 people. Nonetheless, our extra bed option was fulfilled and everything was pretty seamless.

اقامة جيدة في النوفوتيل فريق العمل ممتاز جدا ولديهم حسن تعامل واستجابة الموظف ( شريف وشهيدة و مايزونة و آني عامل المغسلة وبوتري استقبال المطعم ) جميعهم ممتازين وكذلك امن الفندق الشكر لهم جميعًا.
اجهزة النادي الرياضي قديمة تحتاج الى تغيير وكذلك ثلاجة الغرفة لم تكن تعمل بشكل جيد مع اني لم احتاج اليها كثيرا،
المياه من خلال فلتر لا يوجد قوارير ماء والمرحاض في زاوية ضيقة بجانب الجدار.

Our room was in excellent condition. The pillows smell fresh and crisp linen, the carpet hadn't smell of such old stuff, in short it was very clean. The toiletries or amenity kits were in huge bottle like 400ml each for lotion, shampoo & conditioner. A sumptuous selection during breakfast. The location is great, very near and accessible. Thank you Novetel for a good experience.

horrible service, bad hotel, smelly, service is done by unhappy staffs and not trained ones. Manager is a disaster. Don’t stay here. There are other options around

The location is great, situated between the Petronas towers and the Bukit bintang area. Staff were so helpful and friendly. As I signed up to the Accor Live Limitless membership on checkin, they upgraded my room to a floor 24 room, and I also got a free drink at the bar. Pool was great too.

Great reception staff in Farian - very welcoming and attentive! The breakfast was very good- great fresh produce- nice ambiance and Herman made our expresso coffees perfect! Concierge attendant Sharif assisted with transfer to airport- lobby was comfortable!

The breakfasts are always 👌. I will come again just for breakfast 😋. The location is supercomfy for shopping, just 3 minutes walk to Pavilion. Cleanliness and water filter are also good adds to Novotel. It was crowded during breakfast but the team of the hotel made maximum to manage all this starivng people to get their coffee and all type of eggs in time...

Perfect location, service is great, they arranged early check in for us. Good breakfast with a nice choice every day (I especially appriciate fresh teh tarik and prata in the moring). Room was very clean and comfortable, everything worked well. What I really like is Novotel provides privacy to its guests and does not bother them in vain.

Thank you for entertaining my request to have connecting rooms. We enjoy the strategic location, rooms, and breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and my family because I think the price is reasonable for the value you get.
