Really good breakfasts and evening meals. Staff were all great especially serving the meals and manning the main desk. Fantastic views from the room and the terraces and also from within the restaurant.

Amazing location on the water's edge easy walking distance to centre of St.Ives & Parking/Station.

The food was relatively ordinary but relatively expensive even for St.Ives. Great year round views with outdoor options but the food and drink were the weakest link

Location is superb; over looking Porthminster beach, views across across the bay and a short walk from the train station & town. Lovely friendly staff and wonderful meal in the hotel restaurant. Enjoyed my one night stay in comfortable clean cabin hotel room with fabulous view across the sea. Particularly loved the sound of the waves breaking on the shore which lulled me sleep.

Nothing not to like

It was beautifully decorated, location was good

Standard room was incredibly over priced, the bedroom was tiny, I value a reasonable sized room over a view. The view was great but a comfortable room would have been better. The bathroom was far too small, in order to use the toilet you had the sink right up against you. The shower was so small it was hard to do things like leg shaving. We are skinny luckily, and I have know idea how a larger couple would have coped. I think they would have had to go to a different hotel.
