Cleanliness, proximity to events, staff members very friendly

We chose the hotel specifically for its proximity to the O2 arena which was convenient. It was a short walk to transport links to the city centre but probably not the most ideal location for general sightseeing. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. The room service was also handy after a long day out.

Fabulous! Really clean and comfortable, can’t fault it
Cafe across the road is a must visit too, beautiful pastries and coffee!
Nothing it was perfect!

It has a good snack shop in the lobby! Great view of the Millenium Dome/O2 from the breakfast room.
Little or no soundproofing between the room and the corridor. £20 taxi to everywhere we needed to go.
