Amazing stay!!! hotel was very clean, spacious and modern. Stayed on the 6th floor and all I can say is I truly appreciate the staff and their assistance. The room setup up was truly exquisite

Great location for our trip to the O2. The room was comfortable, clean and met our needs. Staff were lovely and helpful. We were able to arrive early and the valet parking was a bonus. Breakfast was good. We have already booked to stay next month for another gig at the O2 and to take in some sights.

No issues part from building work next door but this did not detract from our stay at all.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and well kept and the bed was so comfy. The bath was gorgeous and the view was wonderful.

There could have been more vegetarian options on the restaurant menus.

The suit I was moved to was lovely

I booked a room with a view for my partners birthday but received a room facing scaffolding and building works. I was moved the following day to a suit. I received a parking ticket as I was not told about specific parking allocations but was told I would receive a deduction off for one night which was not fulfilled.

Friendly helpful staff, location

Location is great, hotel was nice and clean as well as the rooms. Breakfast was amazing make sure you pre book when you check in as it’s £18.50 or £25 on the day.

It took 30 min to check in and 30 min to check out, got my billing wrong as was charged and now waiting for the money to go back into my account. Was frustrated as staff didn’t understand we had two rooms booked under my name but 4 people staying, the other couple were paying for there breakfast and took forever to try and sort it.

The property was pleasant but the staff did not match this.

The staff was not helpful at all! We had the coldest reception on arrival with hardly any help or information leaving us parking our car where was restricted and charged. We had then food in the restaurant which was lovely but again poor staff didn’t even speak when our food was placed down and didn’t come back to check or ensure we was happy. Then to be woken at 12:10 am by room service who was aggressively banging and buzzing the door when we didn’t even order it! With no apologies or offers of good will. Then woken again at 12:35am to a phone call asking me to confirm my name when I checking I 3 hours prior! And then offered no explanation or good will yet again! For the location and money I’m disappointed with the lack of customer service and compassion shown by the staff!

The location was convenient to locate the stations and connections. The facilities in the hotel room included everything we needed. All the staff were very friendly and approachable. Especially CLAIRECE who assisted in making my girlfriend birthday surprise set up special she's an amazing lady and the company should promote her.

Venue on the Thames opposite The O2 arena. Easy to drive to and close to London Underground connection. Rooms were spacious and very well appointed. Valet car parking subject space at additional cost.
