Very good staff and what a beautiful building with lots of character very near the DLR so great for getting about London

Everything was great

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the facilities were good overall. Easy location for Canary Wharf.

Gym could have been better. Needs more free weights

Good location for Canary Wharf. 4-5min walk to Poplar if that. Staff at reception and kitchen were very friendly. Sausages were nice. The place is certainly clean. Bed was comfy.

So basically this place isn’t set up for business travellers : 7am breakfast start is a bit late and I was the only one there even when I left. The property itself suffers a little from structure : the bedroom wall shakes as people walk up and down the corridor (older properties have this sort of situation - I doubt it’s feasible to fix). The room was a little chilly with the AC turned to heat - that’s a concern for the cooler weather (I mean it’s September right now and actually warm outside but still chilly indoors). Perhaps that is remedied in other ways.
