Wonderful service, staff all wonderful and polite with a good sense of humour. Food in the pub was delicious (chips clearly home cooked and fried, the best I’ve ever had) and breakfast was wonderful. Room was lovely and clean.
The only negative we had was the shower pressure wasn’t the best. It was ok though and a small inconvenience on an otherwise wonderful stay. We will definitely visit and stay again.

Staff at check in were great. Very helpful and friendly. Excellent location for walking.
I stayed in room 4 which was at ground floor, end of corridor, windows faced out onto road and not double glazed. After a long day walking I was expecting a good rest but was woken several times by road and parking traffic outside my sponsor. Most notably a bin lorry beeping and declaring “vehicle reversing” at 5am. Additionally, shower pressure in room was very poor.
