Fantastic feel. Looks amazing
The pressure of the shower was really poor

Amazing quality of fittings and fixtures. Good bathroom products ( L’occitane), quality breakfast, attentiveness of staff, not intrusive but incredibly polite and kind.
That I don’t live there all the time.

Fantastic and unique property built in Tudor times with priest hole and lots of history.

The location, the beautiful building, the breakfast. The friendly breakfast service
The lack of staff anywhere near the desk at both check in and check out. They seemed more concerned about socialising at the bar area. The room could have done with some pile lorry in the carpet. The half 4 wake up call that you would get from any of the front facing rooms as the bin men arrived then again at half 7.
