Breakfast was lovely and staff were super friendly and efficient, pool/ spa was great and lunch was lovely and my request for a fridge to store medication was efficiently dealt with.
Parking because there were no spaces in hotel carpark

Food was poor (Gnocchi with asparagus and peas consisted of tinned peas and no/minimal asparagus)
Shower was cold

The building, grounds and facilities were great
I found the breakfast a little disappointing, but perfectly edible.
The bed was the main concern. It appeared to have been twin beds pushed together, which caused us to ‘fall’ into the middle of the bed constantly and the zipper caused irritation that held the mattress topper together in the middle

Lovely location, some polite staff.
Been here multiple times this time was completely horrible. Waited half hour for starts then only 1 come out then mains come 1 hour later without the extra chips we order and paid for then we cancelled the chips and other started after 1 and half hours they then bring them once we have ordered dessert 2 hours later. TV didn’t work in the room then 2 mangers come to fix it ended up smashing the glass all over not cleaning it and not fixing the TV
