Room great, free parking and Wifi good.
I couldnt make the security deposit payment on my work Credit Card. I offered to use my own card, they then proceed to take the security depost and the cost of the hotel AGAIN! We are now into the next week, the security deposit of £50.00 is still pending on my account and I havent for the refund of the £87.50 room charge back. Whilst there has been lots of apologies, I am just told well I've done it....

The family room was excellent it had a kitchenette a double bedroom and an adjoining bedroom with 2 single beds in plus a bathroom and two balconies. The food was good too and v close to Durham.
