It’s newly renovated and clean and central to the area. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were so helpful and polite from check in to check out. The view across the park was lovely.

This is a recently renovated hotel. The attention to detail is terrific with regards to what people want in their room. Great well trained staff.

Location was excellent! Great destination to explore the CBD as well as iconic areas such as Lygon St, Carlton and Fitzroy. We were there for open day at Melbourne University, only 400 metres away. The staff were gorgeous - friendly, polite and they made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was incredible - our booking came with the continental and hot food package. ..fresh juices, fruit, pastries, yoghurt pots, chia puddings, cereals, cheeses, bread, etc as well as a curated hot breakfast menu. We loved our time. Thank you!
The only comment is that I find it difficult sleeping on feathered pillows. They don't support my neck enough, however my daughter didn't have any problems. I love my own pillow so it is probably just me 😁
