I stayed at Sheraton Cascais Resort and I have to highlight EVERY department.
From check-in to check-out, the Front Office & Guest Reception were warm, professional and incredibly helpful. The Restaurant & Kitchen team - amazing food and service that feels genuine, not scripted. And Housekeeping - my room was spotless, fresh, and perfectly maintained every single day.
This is a beautiful resort, but what makes it exceptional is that every single person seems to love their job. That energy is contagious.
Thank you to the whole team. You set a new standard for us.

Hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and well maintained. All necessary amenities. Fantastic gym with a (very) small indoor pool perfect for after a workout.
Pool not heated so keep in mind if booking outside of June - August.

Breakfast and the spa area
Not 5 stars. Ripped headboard. Door wouldn’t lock had to wait for maintenance. Heavy table collapsed. The owner of the apartment under us had the builders in for our last 2 days making loud noises until after 6pm Management apologized but couldn’t stop it. The outdoor pools were both freezing. Because we booked with Booking.com we only got 10% off our almost e4000 bill for 4 nights accommodation at the Premium 3 bedroom Residence.
