Was a lovely hotel, very clean
Family's fighting in lobby gaurds called nothing done about, but a member of staff was very rude towards me thinking we were with the other family who were shouting in lobby!! Very rude

Good-sized room, very clean and friendly staff mostly.
Underground parking.
- Very expensive for the quality of facilities on offer and for no breakfast.
- Restaurant on site closes very early, even on weekends - 9pm ish.
- Rooms can be quite stuffy.

Good breakfast.
Clean & comfy room.
Staff could not find my booking. Even though I had stated I would be arriving very late. I arrived at 3.30am 27/08 and left by 11am the same day. Pay in full including the breakfasts before arrival. Confirmations by email.
Given a room someone was in and when I got our room it had no towels.
Receptionist Rita not very helpful.

The staff was very helpful, they printed some paperwork for us and booked a table in the restaurant next door. It was the only place for dinner around. Underground spacious parking lot is an advantage as well.
Apple Maps - through the Booking application - brought us to a wrong site on the other side of the highway. We had to do an extra search with Google maps.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Day time receptionists and breakfast staff were really nice. We had a family room and it was very spacious!
Night time receptionist wasn't very friendly and she didn't seem to understand the drinks order at the small bar in the lobby. Rooms were far too warm and we couldn't turn the radiator off so we didn't sleep great. If we had the window open we could hear the traffic.
