Location was good. Just a few miles from Crumlin where I was visiting family
Both my son and I are disabled so parking was a nightmare. There are very few disabled spaces and those that were parked in them were not displaying a blue badge.

We requested an early check in. When we arrived at 1pm the room the ready for it. It was spotless clean
The receptionist that was checking us in didn’t speak to us once. I gave my name and he didn’t say 1 word to us only the room number and what floor we were on. I loved the hotel but he really left a sour taste in our mouths
