The staff are so warm and friendly particularly in the leisure centre. Lovely facilities there and even though swimming lessons were on there was still plenty of space to swim and relax. Sauna fab. The room was spotless, quiet and very comfortable. It felt like no one had ever stayed in it before. I ordered room service and the food was outstanding. Great variety at breakfast with coffee in pots served to the table. I much prefer that to machines. All in all it was a really great stay. Will stay again.

The room and hotel were in very good good condition need a few bits painted here and there .The breakfast was good also .
We had dinner there Sunday came out luke warm so we complained and we got 2 extra warm food plates but the prices are a bit high and the breakfast area could do do with a few more options.
