Room was very comfortable and suited our needs, Location was perfect. Breakfast was good but lack of staff on the busy day took the gloss off abit.

The hotel was exceptional, the location was super convenient, staff very accommodating and our child loved the unlimited ice cream! Cleanest hotel room we have seen in a while.
Breakfast was a little sub par compared to the rest of the hotel, staff were a little slow to refill fast moving items. Options were plentiful though.

Location and chocolate happy hour 😀
Lack of lighting in room

The room had pretty much everything I needed - iron, bathroom facilities, late check in etc. Location is great in the CBD and close to everything you might need. I was able to store my suitcase during the day (after check out) and pick it up later. Taxis were able to find the hotel easily.
One of the milk containers in the fridge had already been opened. Light switches hard to find and plugs by the bed all in use so had to remove something to charge my phone. TV channel selection was poor - no sports or movies so I ended up watching shows on my phone instead. Wifi was hard to find, no clear directions and had to download the hotel guide to check.
