The location is great- close to the sky tower, shops and ferries. The staff were without exception really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a trip to the bar on the top floor - great views, good atmosphere.

Lovely clean, spacious room with harbour view. Dressing gowns provided were so comfortable. Beds also clean and comfortable. Found staff cheerful and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay, just what I needed after a 13 hour flight ! Just to note it is located on a pretty steep hill, this was fine for me but could be awkward if mobility is an issue.

The location was great right near the shops and restaurants. 10 min walk to the skytower
We had to wait 45 mins after to check in time, they did give us a free drink for the inconvenience. No tea and coffee in the room, no hairdryer.
