Ohtel Auckland

This hotel is so cool and funky. It’s in a great location, right next to the waterfront, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Our room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a great nights sleep. We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Auckland.

Nothing at all

Funky set up, clean and very comfy bed. Great location and wonderful service.

I loved my stay at Ohtel! The location was great, right by the waterfront. The room was SO comfortable. I *loved* that they provided real milk for morning coffee upon check-in and had a milk foamer in the room, a dream for someone with jet lag, waking up way before the first coffee shop opens! The room was beautiful, the bed super cozy (5* hotel quality mattress and bedding) and the bathroom and bathroom products were similarly high quality. As others mentioned, the gym, pool and hot tub are shared with the apartment complex that it's situated in, but was never really crowded. The staff was amazing too! I arrived after a seemingly endless flight and had lost an item on the plane, they offered to use their phone to call the airport, and made me a coffee while I was calling, so kind and considerate! Food at the downstairs restaurant was also great. Overall, 10/10 experience!
