Good location, just up from Lambton Quay. Parking nearby for reasonable price. Great water pressure. Friendly staff. Great communication.
Dangerous step in room when you first walk in the door. Bathroom a bit tired needs some TLC with peeling walls. Not much hot water, my husband had a cold shower. Very noisy with motorway directly behind the building.

Location of the property was convenient.
Easy to find.
Fan in bathroom did not work.
Heater in bathroom did not work.
Ran out of hot water after one 10 minute shower.
Tile on floor was loose/broken.
All the pillows were very high and uncomfortable.
Scaffolding on outside of building meant the balcony could not be used.
The Executive Studio was very small...I would hate to see what the Standard Studio was like.
No in-house parking available which we were told after booking.
