Absolutely nothing at all.

Dark dingy room. Tiny. Smelt very bad. Arrived at 6pm. Went to reception to ask for another room. They closed even though their website said open until 7.30. Couldn't stay in that room so we left and booked somewhere else. We lost the full payment and the car park payment even though clearly we didn't use the carpark. The carpets were badly fitted. When we arrived we were greeted by some fowl mouthed kids outside who nearly drove their scooters into our car. We felt if we left the car it would probably be missing the wheels next morning. This is the bad review I have ever written as normally if there was a problem I would talk to the hotel. I did talk to the hotel to be told no refund. Not even a partial one as I had booked for 2 nights. At least they could have refunded the parking.

Ease to access after hours, complimentary pass to local gym, no probs with rental car parking

Amazing location & such a big room. Great to having washing machine and air dryer in the room too.

Only how to get to Lambton Quay but easy enough through the James Cook lift

Location was fantastic! Easy to drive to and reserved on-site parking . Great access to highway Easy walking distance to most sites. The rooms are very well designed and even have in suite laundry. So close to the harbour front but in a quiet area

Only 1 armchair, view of carparks, slightly dodgy walk through old carpark to Lambton Quay (glad I wasn't on my own) We were disappointed to find there was a charge for a carpark which wasn't mentioned anywhere in the info before booking, just came through with check in info and confirmation. All it said was parking available which is what we were looking for. The cost should be clearly stated before booking is complete.
