Very practical, everything you need in a city centre hotel! Clean, good location, great breakfasts, very friendly staff, great value for money.
The rooms were a tiny bit tired.

Great location walkable to shops and TSB arena/waterfront. Older style hotel so more spacious rooms than modern ones.

the room was a bit dark but fine
Breakfast was crowded and hot food basic, toast was cold and ran out, hard to get more and my table was cleared of half eaten food while trying to get toast! I had not finished!
