Location to town , great communication from the manager as we checked in late and he was super helpful with directions . Our room was warm when we arrived which was much appreciated.
I didn’t find the beds comfortable. A heated floor in the bathroom would have been great, not a lot of car parks and it was extremely difficult to fit an SUV in there when there was only one car park left. No hot chocolate.

The staff on site were very helpful and responsive. Our room was quiet, comfortable, super clean and with a well equipped kitchen.
The laundry facilities were in adequate, slow and costly.

Excellent location within a short walk from town centre’s shops and facilities, with parking right at the doorstep of our unit. Well furnished, modern & thoughtful design. Staff have been very helpful and accommodating in attending promptly to our requests. Lovely to meet the owner who explained his customer-centric vision for the place. Overall, it suited our needs better than a hotel room.
Nothing much, except that the wardrobe space in our unit was a little small for 3 of us. Not a big issue.
