Reflections Tower Two

The location is very good, beautiful ocean views! We have stayed on the other tower before so knew the location. Great place to relax. I would rebook but would probably ask for a different room than 1001 The lady who was there on the Monday was the loveliest receptionist and went above and beyond which was different from the previous day where they closed the reception blinds 5mn early

It wasn’t the cleanest, grease marks on kitchen cabinets, the room we got was very different from the photos and old furnitures

The property was beautiful. Great location, magnificent views.

Uncomfortable lounge as well as some limitations on cooking facilities.

So clean! The linen felt like new. Clean kitchen and bathrooms.

The area at night behind the building felt a little unsafe.

There was no check in parking area and I was not warned about this. On street parking was near impossible at this busy holiday area. The basement carpark was dark and difficult to navigate and i had to scan a pole at two different locations to get to my spot. When I left early i dropped my keys off in the box at reception only to find myself unable to get to the car park as I needed the scanner pendant to operate the lift. The shower nozzle had a bad leak along the flexible hose. The lounge sofas were aged and dirty. The lounge lamp stand was broken. The so called double bed was two single beds joined together with an uncomfortable join line. The interior of the building outside my room had sections of wall missing.
