Reflection on the Sea

The unit was clean, fantastic views, close to beach and restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to check out the pool area.

We were disappointed to find that one of the bedrooms was missing its curtains and the lounge only had half a curtain as well. My Son and his wife had come off night shift and then had street lights and then early morning sun, being Qld this was before 5am, blaring in on them making it very difficult to sleep. My son tried to sleep out in the lounge but that also had the same problem. He mentioned it to the receptionist, who said the owners were in the process of doing up unit. This did not appease my sleep deprived and grumpy son who was thankful we were only staying one night. He felt we should have been compensated in some way. As he said to the reception desk, you pay top dollar you should have curtains insitu or at least be told that they were missing. He also sent off a message to you you and go no reply! Also no body wash in showers.

The view was absolute bliss (as was the location)! The apartment had everything required for a comfortable stay - a well equipped kitchen, bath tub with a view, comfy lazy boys. Can’t wait to come back!

My husband thought the bed was too firm and he usually loves firm beds.

Staff not very helpful or friendly. Pool area very basic.
