I liked how the staff called me and made my checkin easier by calling me and having someone that spoke portuguese helped a lot. I really enjoyed the design of the hotel, location.
I could've got there earlier.

The noise from the Bar below was alot but it ended at 10pm so didn imapct sleep!

It was easy to find! Parking on the street was good, the room was so comfortable and large.

Staff were lovely and very helpful.Loved the decor and the location both of which initially attracted me to book this hotel
Lighting in our room was poor it was difficult getting ready for our event with the room being so dark.No bench space in the bathroom just a sink with a tiny shelf above.Floor was dirty and after our shower our feet were filfthy after walking on the concrete floor also the rug could do with a good clean.We expected more for what we paid
