Overall room was comfortable and cosy. TV was nice . It was a very quiet room. Breakfast served in the room was excellent ( Polish version) and it was a very generous breakfast . Location of the hotel perfect.
The bed was rather small and too soft! Pillows quite flat. The bulb in the standing lamp was gone. Receptionists ( those with Ukrainian accent only ) were not in line with western standard and rule that : The Customer is always right. Quite the opposite.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with very large, wonderfully soft beds that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and I truly appreciated how easy it was to unwind. The spa and massage were also excellent and added to the overall relaxing experience.
There was honestly nothing I disliked about the hotel. If I had to mention one small thing, it would be the bathtub with a shower in the bathroom. I would personally have preferred a walk-in shower. Nevertheless, this was only a minor preference, and I would definitely book the hotel again if I have the opportunity to visit Gdańsk again.

The Radisson Blu in Gdansk staff is excellent! They are responsive, friendly and helpful.
I didn’t like the quality of the room. The tacky window covers. We could not open the curtains because of the way the curtains were hung.
