Excellent. Everything was comfortable and beautiful. The location was 5stars right on the main strip on the water. Great bar. Great to people watch.

One of the few times were the pictures on line were exactly what is was like in person. I really didn’t see a better place in the area. We had one of the only balconies overlooking the water that we saw along the riverside walkway. Very clean. You walk out of the hotel and you are standing under the most iconic picture in Gdansk, the massive wooden ship load crane.
Staff were ok, nothing bad, Just not very warm and welcoming, which was unusual for Poland.

Large comfortable room. Comfortable bed, great location!
Had a very good massage in the spa there.
The first room I was offered was designed for wheelchairs . It was the only room available then but they switched me to different room the next day.

The location was great, really close to the main area! room was big and had a good wardrobe space, table and chairs in the room to sit at
The cleaners came to our room incredibly early in the morning - one morning they came at 8.20am & the other at 9.15am. They did come back later when asked, but wasn’t great to have to get up to go and answer the door. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where they’ve come so early before!!
The air con didn’t work, it just blew out hot air, so our room was boiling - to be fair, we didn’t say anything as we couldn’t be bothered.
Hotel lobby was lovely and modern but the rooms were quite dated.
