City is truly a gem worth exploring. With its breathtaking beauty and rich history, we wholeheartedly recommend visiting it. The atmosphere is vibrant, filled with warmth and hospitality from the friendly local people. Overall, our stay at the hotel was enjoyable with its central location, excellent amenities like restaurants, spa, and a pleasant swimming pool. The room was nice, cozy, clean, and offered a comfortable retreat. The breakfast buffet great, impressed with its quality and variety. However, there were a few notable hiccups. Despite requesting a room on an upper floor beforehand, we were assigned to the lowest floor upon arrival. The front desk staff did their best to accommodate us, which we appreciated.
The most disappointing aspect was being double-charged for our stay without explanation. It took multiple requests to confirm the error, and we're still awaiting reimbursement. Such oversight tarnished the departure experience, highlighting the importance of not just serving guests during their stay but also being diligent in handling departure matters, especially concerning billing errors. This discrepancy doesn't align with the service standards and brand promise of Hilton, which aspires to be the leading global hospitality company, prioritizing guest satisfaction above all. We do hope the issue will be resolved shortly.

Położenie hotelu, wygodne łóżka, przestronne pokoje i łazienki, wysokiej klasy armatura sanitarna, wanna i osobny prysznic, doskonale kosmetyki. Piękne lobby i widok z baru na tarasie. Basen i sauna (choć niewielkie) w zupełności wystarczające.Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie, począwszy od miłej obsługi, sprawne zakwaterowanie i czystość w pokojach jak i całym hotelu kończąc.Przepyszna kawa podawana w klasycznych porcelanowych zastawach Villeroy & Boch w kawiarniach.
Po wizycie w kawiarni na tarasie, doszedłem do wniosku, że trzeba było dopłacić do pokoju z widokiem na Motławę😉

Das Hotel ist perfekt für einen Stadtbesuch in Danzig. Frühstück, Lage und Parkgarage ist alles sehr gut. Parkgarage kann man bereits vorab reservieren mit dem Kennzeichen, auch ein perfekter Service. Ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das Wasser ist sehr zu empfehlen und macht den Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis

Ontbijt was overweldigend en veel maar van goede kwaliteit. locatie is echt heel mooi en een prima parkeergarage. Personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Het eten wordt zowel tijdens ontbijt als diner snel weggehaald. Even nagenieten is niet de bedoeling lijkt het.

Bei den Kleiderschränken lag im gesamten Aufenhalt eine leere Tüte rum ( ziemlich weit oben) nur erkennbar bei großen Menschen. Vielleicht auch bei kleinen Putzfrauen drauf achten sonst wirklich alles okay.

Grandiose Lage, mitten im Zentrum, zur Erkundung der Stadt zu Fuß bestens geeignet, für unser Auto wählten wir den öffentlichen Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel, der von 20.00-9.00 Uhr kostenfrei ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, egal ob herzhaft oder süß. Bad mit Wanne und Dusche - alles modern und sauber.
Die Zimmer sind vollklimatisiert, Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, also nichts für Leute mit Platzangst. Das Geräusch der Klimaanlage ist für Hellhörige nachts störend, aber nicht abzustellen wegen der Zwangsbelüftung.

Śniadania bardzo dobre, różnorodne z bardzo fajną opcją świeżo wyciskanych soków. W porównaniu do mojego pobytu dwa lata temu to bardzo duża poprawa w podejściu personelu Gości. Lokalizacja w samym centrum Gdańska.

De i resepsjon gjorde bare akkurat det de måtte, utover det henviste de bare videre. Bl.a. i forhold til frokost som ble veldig dyr der siden vi ikke hadde bestilt på forhånd . Et døgn var det veldig bråk fra ei vifte / ventilasjon eller no.

Skvělé umístění hned v centru města. V okolí výborné restaurace, obchody, zastávky autobusů i tramvají. Snídaně velice bohaté, čerstvé džusy, ovoce, ryby, šunka, sýr, saláty, zákusky.. oběd už nemusíte řešit 😁 pokoje prostorné, vždy čisté uklizeno. Pokoj i výtah byl na kartu.
Wellness bohužel až od 9h. I když v informacích bylo, že otvírá od 7h. Takže se nedalo využít ranní plavání. Sauna měla pouze 40stupňů. Parkování v garáži se platí zvlášť. Výška garáže pouze 1,9m. Levněji vyjde parkování před hotelem.

Śniadanie rewelacja. Naprawdę, można szczerze ująć, że lepiej jak w domu, jest po prostu wszystko. Bardzo dziękuję obsłudze hotelu, recepcji, oraz pani - na tej zmianie, za miły akcent dla żony, oraz pani Ani ( chyba menager) - taki pobyt się pamięta, chwali, i wraca bez dyskusji! Dziękuję bardzo !!! Wrócimy do Was chętnie.

Location
Hotel has not deserved to be 4 stars, and I’m not telling about 3 stars. Rooms are small with broken showers, dirty and old towels. The hotel staff is unprofessional (lots of conflicts with each others in front of clients, different interpretation of the service). No hospitality. Food with 3 stars level on the breakfast. If you come at 10:00 you will not find a food. 2 positive cases: bar on the roof terrace with professional barmen from Philippines and, of course, location. The rest - 3 stars service.

Die Lage ist Top. Direkt am Fluss, fussläufig zur Altstadt.
Das Zimmer Nr. 520. Nach einem Upgrade vor Ort zur Seite des Flusses im obersten Stockwerk. Keine Möglichkeit das einzige Fenster zu öffnen, noch nicht einmal auf Kipp. Dafür eine Klimaanlage, die auch auf geringster Stufe laut war. Im Badezimmer fehlte die Duschtrennwand, die vorhanden sein sollte, wenn es nur eine Badewanne gibt.
Personal spricht teils nur sehr eingeschränkt verständliches Englisch. Preise in der Bar sehr hoch.

Der Spa Bereich war Hauptgrund, dieses Hotel zu buchen. Reparatur im ganzen Februar 2024, wurde zu spät mitgeteilt.

Das Personal war recht freundlich. Die Zimmer wirkten etwas abgewohnt, die Betten waren etwas hart. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Das Parken war eine Katastrophe, kein Platz im Parkhaus. Die Bar in der 5. Etage ist nicht zu empfehlen, dort hat keinem auch nur ein Drink geschmeckt, wahre Geldverschwendung, wenn man das mit den tollen Restaurants und Bars in der Stadt Danzig vergleicht. Die Sauna ist den Begriff nicht wert, das Schwimmbad ist in Ordnung.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Die Zimmer waren recht groß, obwohl das Mobiliar etwas abgewohnt wirkt.
Für die ersten beiden Nächte hatten wir ein Zimmer ohne Fester zum Öffnen. Das war eine Zumutung. Das Parken war eine Katastrophe, kein Platz im Parkhaus, nur auf der öffentlichen Straße. Die Bar in der 5. Etage ist nicht zu empfehlen, dort hat niemandem auch nur ein Getränk geschmeckt, wahre Geldverschwendung, bei den den tollen Restaurants und Bars in der Stadt Danzig. Die Sauna war viel zu klein und mit Badekleidung zu betreten. Sie ist den Begriff nicht wert, das Schwimmbad ist in Ordnung.

Przede wszystkim lokalizacja, W przestronnej łazience dostep do kosmetyków. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Smaczne i różnorodne śniadanie. Przemiła obsługa na recepcji oraz personel sprzątający.
Obsługa śniadania zabierała talerze w trakcie posiłku.

Breakfast was fantastic. Great choice. Cleanly cooked. Location was excellent. Could have stayed longer. Swimming pool was a bonus.

Perfect location in the heart of Gdansk. I don't think you can find better location. Room was spacious and it was a great stay during our short holiday. Staff were super welcoming and you can ask them for any advise or support. Pool as expected was not quite big and all zone quite tiny but still it is relaxing to use it before or after exploring the city.
Parking place really expensive, more than 30eur/night. Breakfast not expected higher quality for 5* hotel, even if you can choose from menu still taste and quality quite poor. Gym is not well equipped as you write on your webpage. Actually gym zone is very tiny and really poor equipment. And we got very noisy neighbors and It was so loud that I could repeat their songs together till 2 a.m. until. But thanks for a staff, they made improvements for next nights and everything was ok.
