Great staff, helpful and smiling. Cleaning personnel were very nice and provided everything we needed. Very good restaurant and bar. Delicious breakfast with multiple options, including ice cream. Walking distance to all the interesting places around Gdańsk. Small shopping mall in front of the hotel; Starbucks around the corner. 10-minute walk to the main train station; you can take a train to Sopot and Gdynia. The most interesting museums can be seen from the hotel´s windows.

The room we stayed in was called a junior suite. It felt like it remembered better times, I would say. It wasn't cheap, and it felt a bit off when you compared the price to the interior. Attached pictures show the issues. The stained carpet next to the bed, cables hanging in the bathroom, and no proper hairdryer in the bathroom. It is very old and gets very warm when you use it. It is dangerous. The electrical sockets by the bed are very hard to get to. The bathroom scale did not work, the safe box did not work, and it has not been fixed during our stay, though we asked for it.

The hotel is located in the centre, all attractions are easily accessible. Big, nice room, plenty of tables in the breakfast area, good breakfast selection, polite staff. I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is at walking distance from the old town, and there are some restaurants and a shopping centre nearby that's open late. There is also a parking lot, but at the back of the hotel.

The hotel felt pretty old and dark, but especially the walls are quite thin. We had quite noisy neighbours listening to music and talking until midnight, and you can hear every word.

Camere piccole, letti e cuscini (soprattutto) molto vecchi e scomodi. Necessitano di un rinnovo generale. La colazione, ampia nella parte salata, è veramente carente nella parte dolce. Il personale di reception potrebbe essere più cordiale e collaborativo.
