Location was the best... in the heart of the city near the lake.. playgrounds and restaurants
Reception staff were very friendly
Beds were very comfy as well as the pillows
Need to have clear instructions on the tv.. it said to push the hdmi button but the remote was not labeled.. finally had to resort to AI to ask about the remote to turn the TV on.
2 Had to wait 1 hour to check-in and alot of others had to wait as well.. they mentioned due to school holidays and I assume short of cleaners?.. 3 we didn't get the room we were promised either it said city view but we got put on the other side looking at trees...4 I think because housekeeping was rushed there wasn't amenties for 3 people.. i.e only 2 of everything.. towels cups...5 Also only 1 on reception so when we called to see if rooms were ready no one would answer. 6 Also not much secured parking.. so park at your own risk on the road in town...7 room was small so no cupboard or space to put your bags...8 no washing liquid to clean your cups.. abd cups are too small maybe 150ml?

Great location - right in front of the lake. Best place to watch the Drone Show! Friendly staff, buffet breakfast was in novohotel and it was good breakfast. The heated pool is amazing!

Good breakfast. Bed was amazingly comfortable.
The TV setup is very complicated for someone not savvy with technology and there is no proper instruction booklet to follow. No extra towels or bedding in the room. The lights were awkward either all on or all off, cannot operate in between.
